Nothing to do with IWD but my recurring ear worms: Up on The Roof (Laura Nyro version), I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel to Be Free (Nina Simone), Perfect Day (Lou Reed), NY State of Mind (Billy Joel), and, oddly, You're Timeless to Me (Hairspray!)

Once again showing my age and a life-long love of James Taylor (when he was a guest on my programme at the BBC once, I told him I'd loved him since I was 12 and asked if I could hug him - amazingly he said yes and offered me two tickets to his show and backstage pass that night. I took my eldest son who'd obviously been weaned on James Taylor 🥰) anyway that means I'd have to go for his version of Up on the Roof but Laura's is so incredibly beautiful and I'd never heard it before so thank you for sharing it! And yes yes yes to Perfect Day x

Fabulous! Genuine, non-sarky, thanks for the ear worm and also for reminding me of cheesecloth shirts. I did so love them! Happy IWD to you 😊.

Haha thank you! I wore mine until it fell apart. Weirdly it doesn't seem to have ever 'come back' as all things do. Although if it did, horrors, there's absolutely NO CHANCE of it being tied at the waist. What waist?! Thanks and Happy IWD to you too x
