Hi everyone and a big warm welcome to Ultra Social, a space to reflect on all the extraordinary stuff that makes us human, which admittedly is a pretty broad remit.

If I had to sum it up, I guess it all boils down to being human and living well for longer.

We humans are such fascinating creatures and how we all choose to live our lives is a never-ending source of awe and wonder. So there will be some of this, some of that and some of the other. Whatever that all means, along with all the stuff that’s been feeding my insatiable curiosity which I hope these might be interesting and/or useful to you too
